Who we are

What we keep
- Orders: your name, mobile number, delivery area and address, what you ordered, the time you chose, any note for the kitchen and how you are paying.
- Table bookings, catering, monthly meals and feedback: the details you type into those forms.
- Mojo Rewards: your mobile number, your points and how often you order.
- WhatsApp: the codes we send to confirm your number, the order updates you ask for, and any message you send to our website number +971 4 276 4376.
- Security: a scrambled fingerprint of your internet address, used only to stop abuse such as fake orders. We never keep the address itself.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell your details to anyone.
Why we use it
To prepare, deliver and hand over your order, to confirm your number before an order we have not been paid for, to send the updates you ask for, to answer you, to keep your reward points, and to keep the website safe.
Who helps us
- Meta (WhatsApp) delivers our codes, order updates and replies.
- Ziina takes card payments on its own secure page. Your card details go to Ziina, never to us.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and its data.
Each of them only receives what it needs for that job.
How long we keep it
Names, phone numbers, addresses and notes on orders and bookings are removed after 90 days. Messages to our WhatsApp number are deleted after 90 days, codes after 30 days, and catering and feedback forms after one year. Reward points stay with your number while you keep ordering. Order totals with no personal details are kept for our accounts.
Your choices
You can untick "Send me order updates on WhatsApp" at checkout. You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@desimojo.ae. We reply within 30 days.
